No, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream.

You got me to thinking about what justice really is. Is it strictly a human concept, at odds with the natural laws of the universe? I’m thinking that if you take the long view, the natural workings of the universe, the principle of cause and effect, are a form of justice. But our human minds are too limited to see the big picture, so we conclude “life is unfair” when good people suffer for no ostensible reason.
Yes, the Big Picture must be beyond us humans, considering the size of the universe. Belief in Karma is one thing that does ease my concerns about justice.
