I was ambivalent about getting more involved because, although the driver was at fault, it was the bicyclist who ran into the car.

Why I carry camera everywhere. Right place, right time, capture the moment.
I doubt whether the bicyclist or the driver even know I took the photo. Suppose I should have given them my card, if I was quicker on the draw.
